The goal of the new construction, near the sea in the small town of Marina di Lizzano among houses used mainly in the summer season, was to look different from the others around.

The choice was to use a type of construction of the Apulian tradition, the famous house “Trullo”.

The structure and the walling works have been in line with the local tradition, which gave simplicity in the procurement of materials, reducing the costs of transport and therefore of construction.

Furthermore, additional heating or cooling expenses can be avoided thanks to the type of construction itself, which with its particular shape, thick walls and small openings, keeps the environment at almost constant temperature.

In short, even if small with only 3 rooms, thanks to its rustic and well-finished style, it is very pleasant and welcoming.
