On the hills of “Ennasr”, in the north-west area of the capital, there is the project of a villa on 2 floors.

The attention has been focused on 2 important points: to keep the privacy from neighbors and to take advantage from the view towards the city.

Starting from a spatial distribution in the typical style of Arab Tradition with a small open-air court large enough to illuminate the spaces, keeping far from prying eyes, the building grows around it with simple and regular shapes of a contemporary architecture, which develop it towards the city

This dynamism gives life to a “being” in continuous evolution and mutation … so as to be able to add new elements in the future (swimming pools or lifts) or modify existing ones.
