On the outskirts of the Capital, the construction of a building to be used as offices for rent, at the same time, to different local companies has been planned.

On the ground floor we tried to occupy a large part of the lot, allocating to parking zone only a small area, beacause of the proximity of public parking spaces located in front of the area.

Each floor was designed to be independent, with shared kitchen and restrooms.

While the various offices are located on the perimeter of the building, with windows shaded by wooden brise soleil, the central area in addition of the 3 different Meeting Rooms is also occupied by 2 Winter Gardens, which illuminate all the connection spaces and various corridors.
